Gina bounces over to Brazil
At the core of our mission is a dedication to providing life transforming information about vision, phenomenal vision, that can help you live your best life, make you next chapter your best chapter, and help you walk in the fullness of life!

• Use the Harmon Distance when reading — roughly the length from your knuckles to elbow. For screens, sit at arm’s length with your eyes slightly angled downward.
• Follow the 20-20-20 +2 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds, plus at least 2 hours of outdoor activity each day (especially for children)
• Refresh dry eyes with artificial tears, a humidifier, or preservative-free eye wash.
• Reduce screen glare with a matte filter, and adjust room lighting or screen contrast to ease strain.
• Limit blue light exposure by using device filters, blue light-blocking glasses, and avoiding screens 30 minutes before bed.
Help us spread the knowledge of vision to ensure everyone has access to resources that can improve their vision health.
